Reiki is a gentle healing practice that works on an energetic level, supporting the body in subtle yet profound ways by helping to restore balance within the body’s energy centres.

Sessions are held at Chrissy’s private clinic in Kippa-Ring, in the Redcliffe area.

What is Reiki?

The word Reiki is commonly translated as:

• Rei — Universal / Spiritual
• Ki — Life Force Energy

During a Reiki session, this life force energy is believed to flow through the practitioner and into the receiver’s energy centres, also known as Chakras. There are several important Chakras that the practitioner may intuitively focus on during a session, depending on the receiver’s needs and current physical, emotional, and spiritual state.

At the end of a session, many people experience a deep sense of relaxation, calmness, clarity, and energetic renewal.
